1. About these terms

These terms apply when you use our website or order services from nvmeserver.co.uk. The description, price, billing cycle and any service-specific conditions shown when you order form part of your agreement. If a service-specific term conflicts with these terms, the service-specific term applies to that service.

2. Your account

Provide accurate account and billing information and keep it up to date. You are responsible for safeguarding account credentials, using appropriate access controls and notifying us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access. Do not share access with someone who is not authorised to manage your account.

3. Orders and service delivery

We review orders and may need to verify information before providing a service. A service is subject to the configuration and availability confirmed for your order. You are responsible for choosing resources appropriate to your workload and for any software, data and configurations you manage.

4. Pricing, invoices and payment

Prices, applicable taxes, billing cycles and renewal dates are shown during ordering or on the relevant invoice. Pay invoices by their due date using the payment methods available on your account. If a payment needs manual verification, a customer report does not itself confirm receipt or settle an invoice.

We may take action on overdue services in accordance with the applicable agreement and law. Contact us if you believe an invoice is incorrect or you need help with a payment.

5. Acceptable use

Do not use the services to break the law, infringe another person’s rights, send unsolicited bulk messages, distribute malware, interfere with networks or systems, or attempt unauthorised access. You are responsible for the activity and content hosted through your services and for promptly addressing security or abuse reports.

6. Security, backups and maintenance

Protect your accounts and servers, keep software updated and maintain backups suitable for your needs. Unless your order explicitly includes a managed backup service, you should keep and test your own independent backups. Maintenance, security work or third-party issues can affect availability; we do not promise a particular uptime or recovery time unless it is stated in your service agreement.

7. Domains and third-party services

Domain registrations, transfers and renewals are subject to availability and the requirements of the relevant registrar and registry. You must provide accurate registration information and meet applicable renewal and verification requirements. Third-party products and payment services may have their own terms.

8. Cancellation and refunds

To request cancellation, use the available account controls or contact support. The consequences of cancellation, renewal notice requirements and any refund eligibility depend on your service agreement and applicable law. Nothing in these terms removes rights that cannot legally be excluded, including any applicable consumer cancellation or refund rights.

9. Suspension and termination

We may restrict or suspend a service where necessary to address security, abuse, legal obligations or unpaid charges, subject to the applicable agreement and law. Where practical, we will explain the reason and the steps needed to resolve it. You remain responsible for securing any data you need before a service ends.

10. Liability and changes

Each party remains responsible for its obligations under applicable law. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or rights that cannot legally be excluded. We may update these terms; where required, we will notify affected customers. Changes do not alter an existing order contrary to applicable law or the terms of that order.
